Henry Ritchotte, former COO of Deutsche Bank, believes that the bank of 2030 will likely be dominated by artificial intelligence.
He thinks that the technology will largely be applied to the customer side in order to improve CX, as well as automating any repetitive tasks. A huge focus will be on improving the productivity of both the front and back office staff too. Ritchotte believes that all banks will apply it in different ways, and we are currently only scratching the surface of what is possible.
