The former CIO of British Airways, John Lewis Partnership, Johnson Matthey and now Persimmon Homes, has led technology and digital teams across three decades' worth of global change, from the rise of e-commerce and online experience, to the 9/11 terrorist attacks, to the meteoric rise of the CIO. In this interview, he reflects on what he wants everyone to know about what it takes to be a CIO today.
