Doug Drinkwater

Doug is a business and technology writer, editor and strategist, whose work has appeared on CIO.com, CSO Online, InfoWorld, Internet Business Times, Macworld, Mashable, PCWorld, SC Magazine and The Week over a period of fifteen years.

He started his career as a sports journalist before moving in technology, a career which would take him from staff writer to editor and publisher within six years.

Prior to joining HotTopics as Director of Strategy, a role in which he spearheads strategic initiatives and growth, he was Senior Director of Content at IDG Communications and Editor at CIO UK.
