As our newest HotTopics' C-Suite Award, the CX 100 recognises an often unsung responsibility, who can find themselves under marketing, product, operations or finance, depending on business size, structure or even region. Chief Customer Officers, Experience Officers, call centre leaders, and many more roles deserve recognition, in the same way CIOs, CISOs, CDOs and CFOs enjoy their's within HotTopics' Awards. We're delighted to be partnering with 8x8 to kickstart this important mission.
The CX 100 Awards will establish a gold standard for customer-centric leadership across the C-suite. Nominated by our global community and selected by our independent panel of judges, the recipients exemplify leadership acumen, strategic innovation, and operational foresight. To be recognised underscores a commitment not just to the customer, but to maximising the experience they enjoy across their entire journey, and how the customer is championed within the business.

CX 100 Nomination Criteria
We're looking for customer experience leaders (CX) who demonstrate:
- Data Literate: Utilises data-driven insights to drive strategic customer experience initiatives and optimize performance.
- Digital Innovator: Leads the implementation of cutting-edge digital technologies to enhance customer experience and drive innovation.
- C-suite Collaborator: Exhibits strong leadership skills and collaborates effectively with other C-suite executives and stakeholders to align customer experience goals with overall business objectives.
- Beyond Cost: Develops innovative customer experience strategies focusing on value creation, customer satisfaction, and long-term sustainability.
- Team Building: Fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the customer experience team.
