Food for Thought: A peer-to-peer session for senior leaders shaping the future of AI at scale
In partnership with
The inaugural Food for Thought Advisory Board marks the launch of the AI to Impact community—a new peer-to-peer community bringing together senior leaders to move the conversation on AI beyond pilots and proof points. This introductory session is designed to formally convene the community, align on its purpose, and collaboratively define the themes, challenges and opportunities that will shape its future direction.
At its core, the session focuses on one critical transition facing organisations today: how to move from AI experimentation to scalable execution and measurable business value. Insights from this discussion will directly inform the ongoing narrative, content and experiences of the AI to Impact community.
The core discussion
How do organisations efficiently scale from AI ideation to production – and business value?
The conversation will explore challenges and opportunities across three critical dimensions:
- People: Skills, AI literacy, cultural resistance, and cross-functional accountability
- Process: Governance, streamlined workflows, and linking AI initiatives to business outcomes
- Technology: Platform unification, legacy constraints, scalability and managing total cost of ownership
