Judge:
HotTopics Global C-suite Awards
Help recognise the leaders shaping what’s next
The HotTopics Global C-suite Awards are built by leaders, for leaders — and our judges sit at the heart of that promise. Each panel brings together respected executives from across technology and marketing to evaluate peers redefining what great leadership looks like.
As a judge, you’re not just recognising excellence — you’re helping to define it.

What we’re looking for
Each HotTopics Global C-suite Award has its own judging panel — made up of respected industry leaders with deep expertise across business and technology.
Their insight ensures a fair, rigorous selection process that celebrates true excellence and innovation. Judges review nominations independently and collectively, recognising leaders who are driving transformation across their organisations and industries.
Judges should be available throughout the award series timeline to take part in the selection process, join virtual and in-person meetups, and are invited to attend our global awards ceremonies.
Judging criteria
Every nomination is evaluated across five key areas of impact:
Strategic Leadership
A clear vision and the ability to drive transformation — across a business, a market, or an entire industry.
Innovation
Ideas that deliver measurable results — from digital transformation to creative marketing or data-led growth.
Business Impact
Tangible outcomes that matter: revenue growth, operational efficiency, risk reduction, or customer success.
Team Development
Leaders who build diverse, high-performing teams and invest in developing future talent.
Community Contribution
Impact that extends beyond the organisation — through thought leadership, mentoring, DE&I initiatives or industry collaboration.
Award categories
We have two award programmes — C-suite and Future C-suite — celebrating leadership across our global marketing and technology community.
