The human first leader: Prioritising service over authority
Fireside
Forte Village

In an era where innovation, culture, and purpose shape success, the old model of command-and-control leadership is being replaced by a people-first mindset: servant leadership. Centered on empathy, empowerment, and humility, this leadership style is reshaping how top executives lead. Far from being a soft approach, it's a strategic one—fostering trust, enhancing collaboration, and driving long-term results by putting people at the heart of the business, from teams to customers to communities. This fireside chat delves into how today’s leaders are adopting this mindset to strengthen their organizations from within.

Leading for energy, not just outcomes
Panel
Forte Village

You can’t pour from an empty leader. In cultures obsessed with nonstop output and quick results, we often overlook the true driver of sustained performance: energy—physical, mental, and emotional. This session challenges the idea that success is only about results and asks: What if your team’s real limit isn’t skills or effort, but lack of recovery? To build high-performing teams, leaders must cultivate a culture that values renewal and well-being, not just output.
