Adam Tybor, Field CTO, Confluent. In this role, Adam helps the world’s largest enterprises transform how they operate by putting data in motion. Drawing on two decades of experience leading data, AI, and cloud strategy across global organisations, Adam works with customers to modernise their architecture, accelerate innovation, and unlock new business value with real-time data streaming. 

Before joining Confluent, Adam served as Chief Data & AI Architect for Accenture’s Global IT organisation, where he designed and led the transformation of the company’s digital core, enabling it to scale into one of the largest and most advanced IT organisations in the world. His career spans engineering and executive strategy, and he’s helped lead platform transformations in finance, healthcare, energy, and professional services.
