Inspired by The Knotted Garden and crafted by the team of acclaimed chef Mauro Colagreco, this is far more than a meal, it’s a sensory celebration of nature’s purest flavours.

Set in a beautifully designed space overlooking Whitehall, you'll be welcomed into an immersive private setting featuring a dramatic open kitchen and a thoughtfully curated tasting journey.

Expect a bespoke tasting menu rooted in seasonal British produce, curated in collaboration with growers, breeders and farmers, and elevated by an innovative wine pairing that complements every course.
