In Europe alone, the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) came into effect last January, while other regulatory requirements include NIS 2, CUABE, the EU Cyber Resilience Act, and the forthcoming EU AI Act. These new frameworks raise the bar for operational and cyber resilience, but also put technology and security leaders under huge amounts of pressure to drive compliance - and stay out of the regulator’s crosshairs.
