    Erin Kurusz has served as VP of Business Transformation at Dell since February 2017 and is focused on leading customer focused innovations using digital to improve customer experience. On top of this, Erin is dedicated to implementing digital across the company to improve efficiency and better gauge customer sentiment.

    Prior to this, Erin served as VP of Global Customer Experience, which is part of the Chief Customer Office at Dell Technologies. This global team was focused solely on advocating for Dell customers and served as a catalyst for creating consistent and positive customer experiences across Dell, with the aim of adding value through greater customer trust, loyalty and engagement.

    Erin originally joined Dell in 2003 and over the past 14 years, she has served in a number of technology based roles that revolve around global customer experience.
